The children in Sister Eleanor's class are working on their stories and are illustrating their book covers. They children manage their own time during reading workshop time and read independently.

Children in Mrs. Malloy's class are creating stories during Writer's Workshop.Mrs. Malloy meets with a few children each day to check in and see how their writing is going, if they need help or listen to their ideas. At the end of each writing session, two or three authors get to share their stories and the class offers helpful suggestions, comments and maybe even something they have learned. |
